Present your Department & the Missions: Our goal at eD2C is to define new strategy post portfolio websites era. Identify new profitable and scalable business case opportunities, collaborate with Maisons in defining unique value propositions for their eD2C. Support Maisons and key markets proposing plug & play frameworks including centralized resourcing, IT solutions and analytics.
Reporting to the Head of eD2C, you will be responsible to manage all Business developments project coordination from study & implementation + support eD2C teams on daily operations. We are looking to recruit a 12‑month apprentice starting in September 2026.
Les missions
LVMHappening
• Build and optimize product assortments with the MHCS supply chain team and Maisons.
• Ensure pricing strategies comply with Maison guidelines and URSSAF regulations.
• Populate all required LVMHappening files across platforms: assortments, content assets, newsletters, legal documents, etc.
• Coordinate activities with LVMHappening, MHCS supply chain, IT, delivery teams, and customer service.
• Provide regular reporting to Maisons, highlighting insights, results, and improvement opportunities.
Business Developments
• Participate in workshops and meetings with IT, supply chain, customer service, finance, marketing, Engage, market teams, Maisons, MHCS, accounting, SAP, CRM, UX, legal, data reporting, and external agencies.
• Draft presentations: agendas, executive summaries, context notes, business proposals, operating models, RACI matrices, P&Ls;, and timelines.
• Organize, facilitate, and document alignment meetings, kick-offs, and follow-ups, including detailed minutes.
Business Developments – Implementation
• Contribute to workshops with internal and external stakeholders across IT, supply chain, finance, marketing, CRM, legal, UX, data, etc.
• Develop operational materials: presentations, summaries, business proposals, RACI, P&L;, and planning documents.
• Lead and document operational meetings with stream/domain leaders.
• Organize and execute testing phases, integrating improvements based on feedback.
• Manage launch phases and ensure hypercare support during initial rollout.
eD2C Daily Operations Support
• Operational Execution: Provide daily support to ensure smooth execution of eD2C operations across merchandising, operations, and customer service.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with marketing, sales, supply chain, and IT to coordinate actions and maintain clear communication across all eD2C initiatives.
• Process Improvement: Identify optimization opportunities to improve efficiency and elevate the customer experience. Support projects implementing new technologies and operational enhancements.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies. Identify and mitigate operational risks.
Profil
Languages • French: Fluent (mandatory) • English: Operational (mandatory) • German: Considered a plus Professional Experience, Technical Skills & Expertise : • Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Proven experience in project management, business development, or similar functions. • Strong understanding of eCommerce and digital business environments. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Personal & Interpersonal Skills : Project Management Demonstrates excellent organizational capabilities and a structured approach to planning, executing, and closing projects. Able to define scopes, establish realistic timelines, allocate resources effectively, manage risks, and ensure delivery within budget and schedule.
