Les missions
Present your Department & the Missions:
The Global Consumer Insights Department is responsible for:
- Being the voice of the consumer and encouraging consumer-centricity by placing the consumer at the centre of strategic brand planning.
- Equipping the W&S; marketing teams with deep understanding of consumers behaviours and provide adequate consultancy to strengthen leadership in luxury W&S.;
- Identifying the most relevant & innovative research approaches to respond to the business questions
As a Global Consumer Insights Intern, you will support international projects ranging from brand health trackers, packaging tests, consumer trend analysis to communications testing.
You will work in collaboration with one of the Global Consumer Insights Managers on developing the business partnership with the Maisons Marketing and Communications teams to:
- Recommend the right approach and manage various projects in collaboration related to brand strategy and brand activations, working closely with the Insights teams based in the key markets.
- Manage the content for the Moët Hennessy knowledge management platform and implement new tech tools to facilitate access to Insights and transversal analysis.
- Analyze data and trends from a variety of sources including consumer studies, social listening, market insights and trending topics to identify key learning and future opportunities for the Moët Hennessy brands.
Profil
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing or a related field. Knowledge or interest in the wines & spirits industry and luxury sector. 6 months internship or apprenticeship program or equivalent, preferably in Consumer Insights or Marketing Fluent in English Strong analytical skills and ability to derive meaningful insights from rich data sets. Mastering the basics in statistics will be a plus. Strong communication and copywriting skills to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. First experience in conducting consumer research projects or utilizing various data sources to derive consumer understanding & insights will be a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in dashboard development will be a plus.Informations complémentaires
