Education & skills Student in Business, Marketing, Communication, Sports Management or a related field. Previous experience in project management, events, communications and luxury industries. Previous experience or knowledge of the motorsport industry is an advantage, particularly Formula 1. Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of project management tools is a plus. Proficient in managing and reporting key metrics for events and market activities, including volume and budget tracking Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in an additional language is a strong advantage. Qualities & soft skills Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders. Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable in a fast-paced, international environment. Team-oriented mindset combined with the ability to work independently when needed. Genuine passion for luxury, brand partnerships, and motorsport. Creative thinking in developing event concepts, brand experiences, and other initiatives
