Your Impact:
Within the Beauty team, the Beauty Consultant Rotator Full time, Temporary Contract plays a key role in promoting the Dior brand, values, and image with passion and excellence across multiple locations.
As a member of the Dior team, you are expected to embody the Dior attitude at all times and deliver an unforgettable client experience through exceptional service standards and strong sales performance.
This position is primarily focused on sales (70%), with additional responsibility for merchandising (15%) and ensuring testers and stock levels are properly maintained in-store (15%).
The role requires close collaboration with internal team members, store teams, and retailer staff when needed, while ensuring Dior’s standards are consistently upheld across all assigned locations.

Les missions
1. Sales Excellence (70%)
- Conduct in-store selling activities across assigned locations.
- Sell Dior products by identifying and meeting clients’ needs while delivering a memorable and elevated client experience.
- Follow the D.I.O.R. selling method throughout the entire sales process.
- Initiate contact with customers and welcome them both at the counter and through proactive traffic-stopping.
- Identify and understand customers’ needs through genuine and personalized interaction.
- Propose and demonstrate tailored product recommendations.
- Offer the appropriate service and execute it to the highest standard.
- Recommend complementary products within category and across categories to promote a complete beauty routine.
- Communicate passionately about the Dior brand and educate clients on products, services, and beauty expertise.
- Achieve defined retail sales targets and contribute to overall counter performance.
2. Client Experience and Brand Engagement
- Deliver a luxury client experience that reflects Dior’s high standards.
- Engage new clients to the brand through authentic and meaningful interactions.
- Build positive relationships with clients and contribute to long-term brand loyalty.
- Act as a true brand ambassador, ensuring every client interaction reflects Dior’s prestige and values.
3. Merchandising and Counter Excellence (15%)
- Participate in counter merchandising maintenance in line with corporate guidelines.
- Ensure all Dior spaces within the store are kept impeccably clean, tidy, and in perfect condition, reflecting the brand’s luxury standards.
- Support the visibility and attractiveness of Dior products and displays at all times.
- Apply merchandising guidelines consistently across all assigned stores.
4. Testers and Stock Monitoring (15%)
- Ensure testers are available, presentable, and properly displayed in-store.
- Monitor stock levels regularly and identify any gaps or issues.
- Report stock concerns to the Boutique Manager or relevant store contact to help ensure adequate stock availability.
- Support strong product availability to maximize sales opportunities and maintain service quality.
Profil
Previous professional experience in retail or the service industry is preferred. Experience in luxury retail or beauty is a strong advantage. Ideally, 3 years min of relevant experience, depending on local market requirements. Proven ability to deliver strong retail results and provide premium customer service.
