Your Impact:
Within the Retail Sales team, the Counter Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, delivering exceptional client experience, and ensuring excellence in daily counter operations.
This role is crucial for strengthening Dior’s brand presence at INNO Antwerp, achieving business targets, and embodying the House’s luxury standards through team leadership and operational excellence.
The holder of this position will work closely with various functional partners, including Retail Management, Sales, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Training, Supply Chain, and Store Management.
Les missions
Day-to-Day Missions:
- Drive sales performance by setting objectives, monitoring KPIs, and implementing action plans to achieve and exceed targets.
- Lead, inspire and develop the team to deliver best-in-class service and embody Dior values.
- Deliver personalized and luxury client experience through expert consultations and strong relationship building
- Manage daily counter operations including stock management, merchandising excellence, reporting and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Recruit, coach and build a high-performing and collaborative team while fostering a positive and results-driven culture.
Profil
Ideally, you would have 3–5 years’ experience in luxury retail, beauty, or cosmetics management.
