Les missions

Your mission

End-to-end recruitment across 11 EMEA countries, with a focus on retail roles (Client Advisors to Store Managers)
Development and execution of country-specific recruitment strategies in close collaboration with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers
Full-cycle candidate management: sourcing, screening, interviews, candidate communication, and offer management
Implementation of tailored sourcing strategies (job boards, referrals, agencies) aligned with local market conditions
Agency management, including budget control and contract collaboration
Stakeholder management and KPI-driven reporting
Recruitment trainings for Store Managers and HR teams
Organization of employer branding activities across EMEA Retail markets

Profil

Your experience and skills Minimum 3+ years recruitment experience, ideally in (luxury) retail environment The ability to stay well-organized in a fast-paced daily routine and to set clear priorities Highly flexible, quick-thinking, and solution-oriented approach to work High understanding for retail, client service and retail management. Strong communication skills in English and German and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization
