JOB DESCRIPTION

 

We are looking for our future Client Advisor Interns (1 month July) to join our teams in our boutique this summer!

Within our Italian network, which includes 5 boutiques, you will be part of one of our sales teams to become a true ambassador of the RIMOWA Maison and support clients in experiencing a unique journey.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service in line with internal operational procedures
• Embodying the brand’s values on a daily basis and ensuring a unique client experience
• Contributing to the achievement of targets and supporting the boutique’s turnover development using available omnichannel services
• Understanding and anticipating clients’ needs and guiding them when necessary
• Developing your product expertise and knowledge of the luxury luggage and leather goods market
• Contributing to client loyalty and helping to develop the CRM database
• Supporting after-sales service management in coordination with the Client Care Center (minor in-store repairs)

Profil

PROFIL Currently pursuing higher education (from Bachelor’s to Master’s level), with a strong interest in RIMOWA and the travel and/or leather goods sector Willing to gain a first meaningful experience in a premium/luxury retail environment Dynamic, welcoming, and warm, with strong interpersonal skills in an international environment Comfortable with digital tools and open to new ways of working Fluent in English and Italian; any additional language is a strong asset   This internship is available from June to the end of July 2026.
