The Sales Supervisor is a dynamic luxury retail leader responsible for driving commercial performance, cultivating exceptional client relationships, and delivering elevated in-store experiences that reflect the highest standards of the brand. Partnering closely with store leadership, this role leads by example on the sales floor, inspires team performance, and ensures operational excellence across all aspects of the business

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Experience

  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales goals, KPIs, and client development targets
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with a discerning luxury clientele through elevated clienteling and personalized service
  • Deliver exceptional brand experiences that foster loyalty and long-term customer engagement
  • Lead by example in luxury selling, hospitality, and service excellence
  • Support store events, marketing initiatives, and business-driving strategies

Leadership & Talent Development

  • Inspire, coach, and develop team members to achieve peak performance
  • Foster a collaborative, service-driven culture rooted in luxury standards and brand values
  • Provide leadership presence on the sales floor and oversee daily operations in partnership with store management
  • Support onboarding, training, and ongoing performance development initiatives

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure impeccable store presentation, organization, and operational standards
  • Oversee opening/closing procedures, inventory management, shipping/receiving, and client service operations
  • Maintain proficiency in POS, CRM/clienteling tools, and operational systems
  • Uphold company policies, procedures, and luxury service expectations at all times

Profil

Qualifications 3+ years of leadership experience in luxury retail, fashion, or hospitality Proven success driving sales performance and cultivating high-value client relationships Strong leadership presence with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proven success in a premium or luxury retail environment Demonstrated expertise in developing, nurturing, and retaining a discerning clientele; an established luxury client book is highly desirable. A deep appreciation for luxury craftsmanship, travel and elevated lifestyles. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Able to regularly lift and handle Items up to 20 lbs. Multilingual In Spanish, French, Portuguese or Mandarin a plus.
