Partnering closely with store leadership, this role leads by example on the sales floor, inspires team performance, and ensures operational excellence across all aspects of the business

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Experience
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales goals, KPIs, and client development targets
- Cultivate lasting relationships with a discerning luxury clientele through elevated clienteling and personalized service
- Deliver exceptional brand experiences that foster loyalty and long-term customer engagement
- Lead by example in luxury selling, hospitality, and service excellence
- Support store events, marketing initiatives, and business-driving strategies
Leadership & Talent Development
- Inspire, coach, and develop team members to achieve peak performance
- Foster a collaborative, service-driven culture rooted in luxury standards and brand values
- Provide leadership presence on the sales floor and oversee daily operations in partnership with store management
- Support onboarding, training, and ongoing performance development initiatives
Operational Excellence
- Ensure impeccable store presentation, organization, and operational standards
- Oversee opening/closing procedures, inventory management, shipping/receiving, and client service operations
- Maintain proficiency in POS, CRM/clienteling tools, and operational systems
- Uphold company policies, procedures, and luxury service expectations at all times
