RIMOWA Americas seeks a dynamic Senior Manager, Brand Media in NYC to support in continuing to elevate brand awareness across the Americas. This role supports global strategies, leading integrated media campaigns and digital partnerships. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, Americas, you'll drive innovative local strategies, bringing RIMOWA's brand positioning to life.

Les missions

Media & Creative

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated brand media campaigns across OOH, print, paid social, video, display, and in-mall media.  
  • Support the VP of Marketing and HQ for yearly regional media strategy building, ensuring global media direction is aligned and translated with local specifications. 
  • Develop and manage media plans and marketing calendars, track timelines, and plan budgets. 
  • Manage relationships with media agencies and vendors, overseeing media buying and premium placements that reinforce brand storytelling.  
  • Close collaboration with HQ for media plan validation, preview links checking and validation, as well as daily media topics. 
  • Capability to set up and launch in-house paid social efforts across platforms, including (but not limited to) Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. 
  • Collaborate with the VP of Marketing and HQ to coordinate, resize, and deliver high-quality marketing and media creative ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines.  
  • Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team on campaign planning and full-funnel alignment.  
  • In partnership with the Performance Marketing team, utilize campaign performance and brand metrics to inform macro media strategy across channels. 
  • Remain current on campaign performance for campaign optimization and prepare post-campaign reports and insights to inform future marketing initiatives.  
  • Manage regular QBR with key media partners to ensure brand stays on top of media practice & innovation. 
  • Franchise market relationships management.  

Profil

Minimum of 7 years of Brand Media & Marketing experience, with a preference for luxury retail.  Proven ability to develop, launch, and optimize integrated media strategies and campaigns across diverse channels (OOH, print, paid social, video, display), ensuring alignment with global brand strategies.   Skilled in managing media agencies and vendors, overseeing buying, and securing premium placements that reinforce brand storytelling.   Skilled in setting up and launching paid social campaigns across platforms.  Expert in coordinating, delivering, and approving creative assets and campaign copy, maintaining impeccable attention to detail and adherence to global brand guidelines.   Experience in executing tailored marketing strategies for specific retail locations, including collaboration with mall marketing, VM, and CRM teams for activations and events.   Strong analytical capabilities to track campaign performance, extract actionable insights, and make data-informed decisions, comfortable with metrics like impressions and CPMs.   Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to create clear, impactful presentations independently and confident public speaking abilities.   A proactive, can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills.  Highly organized, capable of multi-tasking, and able to adapt and pivot effectively in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment while delivering top-class work with enthusiasm and high energy.
