Your Role at Sephora:Ready for a career glow up? As a Fixed Asset Accountant, you’ll support and maintain Sephora’s fixed asset accounting processes, helping ensure accuracy across capital expenditures, asset tracking, budgeting, and financial reporting. The work you do will impact beauty, as you partner cross-functionally to support financial operations that keep Sephora’s business running efficiently and accurately. What You’ll Do:Support Sephora’s CapEx fixed asset allocation process and maintain accuracy across fixed asset records and reportingAssist with preparation and upload of journal entries related to fixed assets and capital expendituresMaintain and reconcile fixed asset registers, project allocations, and asset location informationSupport monthly close activities and ensure timely completion of fixed asset accounting deliverablesPartner with Purchasing and Business Planning & Analysis teams to support PO master data updates, approval workflows, and financial inquiriesHelp maintain budgets and internal orders for capital expenditure requestsAssist in clearing aged goods receipt/invoice receipt records and resolving discrepanciesMaintain various fixed asset trackers and support ad hoc reporting and analysis requestsCollaborate cross-functionally with Finance and business partners to improve processes and ensure compliance with accounting standardsLeverage SAP/S4 Hana and related systems to support efficient fixed asset management and reporting What You’ll Bring:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field3–4 years of accounting experience with a solid understanding of US GAAP; IFRS knowledge is a plus2+ years of fixed asset accounting experience preferredStrong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailExperience working with SAP/S4 Hana and/or Coupa procurement systems preferredIntermediate to advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and data analysis functionsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teamsAbility to prioritize multiple responsibilities, work independently, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProven ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and responsibilitiesStrong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset with a customer-service approach to supporting internal partners What You’ll Get: The annual base salary range for this position is $102,510.00 - $114,570.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.
