As Assistant Marketing Manager, Skincare, you’ll be a pivotal part of the Brand Marketing team, growing its function and working with many internal departments and external brands. The work you do will impact beauty, as you help Sephora remain a true service-oriented partner to our brands. You’ll be part of a team that’s united in beauty, supported by those who are equally passionate about making the beauty world feel like it's theirs.What You’ll Do:Communicate regularly with brands and retail merchant counterparts on business-related issues (e.g., launch plans, business updates, etc.)Follow up with brands on assets, product details, social media assets, 360 plan participation, brand calendar activation details, and any miscellaneous questions or issues that might arise from an executional standpoint.Assist in sourcing and managing sampling plans by brand.Assist the Marketing Manager in developing 360 marketing plans for launches and managing brand calendars.Attend all brand-facing meetings, capture meeting notes and next steps, and lead follow-ups with brands and cross-functional teams.Develop social strategy for brand partners, including creative feedback.What You’ll Bring:Minimum 2-3 years of agency or marketing experience in a fast-paced environment (beauty preferred but not required).Strong interpersonal skills, approachable, positive, and flexible; able to work interactively and proactively with internal and external parties at all levels.High level of maturity; ability to handle weekly communication with our brand partners and manage sensitive, potentially difficult, and confidential matters with discretion.Self-starter, high degree of initiative and independence – not afraid to ask questions, take criticism, and lead new initiatives.Resourceful and creative problem solver – at times with little direction/oversight.Strong organizational skills; able to track multiple projects and details with high level of accuracy; able to detect inconsistencies and errors including product names, grammar, etc.Passion for Sephora, our programs, clients, store associates, and marketing.Digital/social media experience preferred.What You’ll Get: The annual base salary range for this position is $89,335.00 - $99,845.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses. This job will be posted for a minimum of five days. Caring Community. You’ll collaborate with teammates who are equally passionate about innovating and driving the industry forward – together, united in beauty. Fulfilling Path. Your career transformation starts here, with opportunities that will challenge, stretch and develop your skills. Meaningful Work. As you make an impact on beauty, you’ll feel and see the positive change (consumer, industry, and social) that your individual voice is a part of.  Rewards as Unique as You: Some benefits have eligibility requirements and may depend on job classification and length of employment. Health. Choose a healthcare plan to fit you and your family’s needs with medical, dental, and vision coverage. Sephora also fully covers our employees’ disability and life insurance. Wealth. We offer a competitive 401k with 4% match as well as FSA and HSA programs.
