Assistant Manager, Financial BP (Supply Chain)

Responsibilities:

Planning & Forecasting：

• Lead end to end financial planning for inventory including stock depreciation/ sell in /OPEX planning in monthly landing/closing/budgeting, timely communication with supply chain team to make sure recently status is captured; R&O is well forecasted and according to action proposal in place.
• Physical Inventory Governance: Spearhead annual physical inventories (stores and warehouse), refining SOPs to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Inventory Valuation & Risk Management：

• Obsolescence Management: Monitor inventory health metrics (e.g. DOI/Lifecycle etc.).
• Develop qualitative and quantitative analysis to forecast inventory provisions

Commercial Finance & Profitability：

• Pricing Strategy Support: Partner with Commercial teams to evaluate promotional pricing strategies. Quantify the financial impact of discounts on aged/near-expiry stock to optimize the margin protection
•  Financial Modeling: Build dynamic simulation models to support strategic decisions regarding stock liquidation, clearance channels etc.

Process Excellence：

• Cross-functional Leadership: Act as the primary finance liaison between Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations, translating complex inventory data into actionable business insights.

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree or above, prefer major in Finance
• At least 5 years working experience, supply chain related experience is a must, finance BP working experience is a plus
•  Good communication, presentation and influencing skills
• Business acumen and logic thinking.
• Be a self-starter and strong sense of responsibility.
