Finance & Operations System Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

Own SAP & Finance Systems

-        Serve as the go-to expert for SAP-related topics (FICO / COPA environment)

o    Financial Master Data Governance

o    Store Master Data Collaboration

o    Compliance & Security Control

o    Process Standardization

o    Change Management/Projects

o    Daily Support

-        Bridge Finance and IT / global teams, translating business needs into system solutions

Build Automation & Efficiency Engine

-        Lead automation initiatives:

o     Brand P&L

o     Segment P&L

o     Management reporting.

-        Reduce manual processing and enhance data consistency

Establish “Internal Analytics Service” Capability

-        Build a lightweight internal service model to support finance users with reporting/automation needs

o    Excel advanced modeling (Power Query / Power Pivot)

o    Standardized templates and logic frameworks

-        Act as both solution designer and problem solver, helping teams:

o    Simplify reporting logic

o    Improve data structure

o    Automate recurring tasks

Engage in Global Finance Transformation

-      Participate in global finance digital initiatives (e.g. power BI program)

-      Represent China in system and reporting-related projects

-      Collaborate with international stakeholders across Finance and IT

Qualification:

Background

-      6–10 years of experience in:

o    Finance systems / reporting / automation AND/OR

o    IT function who support Finance projects

-      Solid hands-on experience with SAP (FICO / COPA)

-      Exposure to finance transformation or process improvement projects

Technical Capability

• Strong Excel skills (Power Query & Power Pivot are preferred)
• Experience with Power BI (dashboarding / data modeling)
• Good understanding of data structure & financial logic
• Good communication skills in both Chinese and English
• SQL / basic data skills is a plus
