As part of the HR Department, Talent Development & Employer Branding, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:Manage a team with different verticals, including Learning & Development, Internal Communication and Employer BrandingCreation of annual strategy according to company vision and business needsAdaptation of European HQ guidelinesDesign of L&D; projects according to the country’s needsDesign and provide a Talent Development strategy as point of connection among HR functionsDesign of an Employer Branding strategy and fruitful relationships with the stakeholdersDeployment of a solid company communication strategy on LinkedInPlanning of a solid internal Communication to both Retail and Corporate populationDesign well-being initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement Coordination of all educational actions and messages to the employees (provide coherence)Organization of motivating events and activities together with HRBPManagement of department budgetGuarantee of continuous innovation in the HR approachNegotiation between other departments’ needs and sustainability of the actions proposedBe an ambassador of the company values and culture Who we are looking for:Proven experience as a Head of Talent Development, Internal Communication & Employer Branding, or similar roleEnglish fluencyAbility to work strategically and collaboratively across departmentsHigh organizational skills (complex planning and priority management)High cooperative skills and effective knowledge of different stakeholder to share informationGood organizational awarenessPositive attitude towards change management How to be successful in the role and at Sephora:By staying results-oriented and proactive in this fast-paced and dynamic environment, you'll contribute to the success of Sephora.
