Profil

Your main aim will be to meet or exceed sales and KPI targets for a defined area within the store, coordinate team members to provide customers with a leading shopping experience of Sephora by acting as a Sephora Ambassador, consistently exhibit the Company Attitude and Values. Furthermore, you will also be expected to assume Store Manager responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager who intends to drive the proper execution of established policies, procedures, initiatives, and directives.   You will shine here if you enjoy… Customer services Be a role model for customer service and meeting or exceeding customers’ expectations Supervise and coordinate the team to ensure all customers receive an optimal service level at all times  Store performance and monitoringMonitor and analyze performance data and make any necessary adjustments to drive commercial success within assigned store area Allocate resources and organize processes within assigned area to drive efficiency and productivity in a variety of situationsShare best practices to drive the overall store team performance  Self/team management:  People development Lead team to meet or exceed customer expectations at all timesUse advanced Category expertise to drive sales and customer loyalty in assigned area Training Coach and motivate individuals within assigned area to maximize their performanceSupport the recruitment, on boarding and training of store team members Guide and train all team members within assigned area on Foundational and Seasonal Brand and product knowledge  Store management: Merchandising Coordinate team members to consistently execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards in assigned area  Operations Manage merchandise delivery processing on the same day it arrivesKeep an organized stockroom and direct sales floor replenishment to ensure assigned areas and/or the entire store’s complete product offer is immediately available and easily accessible to customers in a consistent basis Execute all applicable loss prevention proceduresMaintain a safe and productive shopping and working environment  Key relationships Customers Peers Store ManagerSenior Beauty AdvisorTeam members We would love to hear from you if… Thai National with a Minimum secondary school educationMinimum 12 months’ work experience in a beauty/fashion customer and commercial-focused retail environmentAdvanced selling experience Comprehensive retail and industry understandingBasic MS Office proficiency
