About the job
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
a detail-oriented and responsible Operations Assistant to support sales operations, client service, and accounting-related administrative tasks.
Sales Operations (40%)
Upload product information and images for new arrivals on online duty-free platforms
Manage and respond to inquiries through the repair service website
Client Service (40%)
Upload daily sales data to the intranet for monthly closing
Support IR duty-free channel operations by distributing store inbound lists
Update monthly promotional vouchers (once per month)
Accounting (20%)
Process purchase and repair cost confirmations through department store EDI systems
Send contracts and related documents to headquarters
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Minimum 1 year of administrative or office support experience
Experience in the luxury or related industry is preferred
Strong sense of responsibility with a diligent and proactive attitude
