Make an impact

Be a part of Global Supply Planning team located in Vietnam Manufacturing site, the Senior Tactical Supply Planning position is among the pioneers shaping a newly established supply planning hub in Vietnam. In this role, you will collaborate closely with global stakeholders to drive efficient supply allocation, optimize production capacity, and ensure seamless product availability worldwide.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
― Develop and optimize tactical supply plans (3–9 months horizon) to ensure product availability across RDCs, balancing inventory costs, capacity utilization and working capital.
― Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Controlling, and Production Network teams to align supply forecasts, manage risks and opportunities, and ensure consensus handovers to assigned manufacturer(s).
― Manage supply execution by overseeing weekly purchase orders, securing feasible supply flows from suppliers, and supporting optimal manufacturer loading aligned with strategic production plans.
― Monitor and rebalance inventory across RDCs to maintain service levels, minimize rebalancing costs, and proactively adjust stock levels based on demand shifts and supply risks.
― Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, interface transitions between tactical and strategic horizons, and contribute to cost-saving initiatives and service enhancements.

Bring your magic
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
― Education background in Supply Chain, Business Administration or relevant majors.
― Ideally 6+ years of professional experience in a similar role within an international corporate with complexed supply chain operations.
― Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
― Strong analytical skills, proficient with SAP is preferred. Growth mindset, results-oriented, flexible and agile with changes.
