About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Workday Reporting Ownership

  • Own the end-to-end Workday reporting landscape, including design, development, and maintenance of global reports, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Lead development of Dashboards, Scorecards etc… and advanced reporting solutions to support leadership decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across all reporting outputs.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and optimize reporting using advanced Workday capabilities and emerging technologies.

Workday Security Governance

  • Own and manage Workday security architecture, including role-based security, domain policies, and business process security.
  • Design and enforce Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls and access governance frameworks.
  • Lead security reviews, audits, and compliance initiatives, ensuring alignment with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Support and resolve security access issues, provisioning, and troubleshooting across global users.

Project Delivery & Transformation Initiatives

  • Lead and contribute to global HRIT projects and enhancements
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and lead implementation activities.

Production Support & Operations

  • Provide end-to-end production support for Workday Reporting and Security, including issue resolution, monitoring, and defect remediation.
  • Act as expert, supporting global teams in resolving complex reporting and security issues.
  • Ensure system stability and responsiveness during business-critical HR cycles (e.g., compensation, performance, workforce planning).

Release Management & Continuous Improvement

  • Own bi-annual Workday release impact analysis for reporting and security areas.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement new features, enhancements, and best practices.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
  • Partner closely with Integration, Functional, and Data Governance teams to ensure seamless end-to-end solutions.
  • Support global stakeholders across APAC, Europe, and other regions, ensuring high service quality across time zones.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to team members on reporting and security best practices.

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in Workday Reporting and Security
  • Strong hands-on expertise in:
    • Workday Reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Dashboards, Scorecards)
    • Workday Security (roles, domains, business processes)
    • Workday Functional processes
  • Experience with Workday Extend / AI-driven solutions is highly desirable
  • Good understanding of HR processes (e.g., compensation, performance, workforce planning)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Experience supporting global stakeholders across multiple regions/time zones
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for business users
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, transformation-driven environment
