About the role
Description
Role & Responsibilities:
This role is to plan China Event Calendar and supervise team and agencies to execute all kinds of China Events including but not limit to Branding Event, Press Preview, High Jewelry Selling, Mall Exhibition, and other customer events.
- Develop China annual Event Calendar and ROI evaluation based on overall marketing strategy and goal to promote the brand and key products. Event types including but not limit to Branding Event, Press Preview, Mall Exhibition, New Store Opening, and customer events, etc.
- Manage all aspects of event management from vendor proposal, creative direction, budget, logistics, venue proposal, program design, performance, security and insurance issues, model selection, venue set-up, rundown, project timeline and event execution, as well as internal communication and event brief
- Agencies/Talents brief and management including but not limit to production, F&B;, hotels, photographers, flower artists, models, and calligraphers, etc
- KPI evaluation and prepare post-event reports. Competitor’s event reports are also requested to include into monthly market intelligence report.
Requirement:
- University graduate with 8-10 years solid experience in luxury industry with focusing on PR and Event management.
- Must have deep understanding of event management process and strong agencies connections.
- Very good internal and external communication and coordination skills.
- Highly independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and good at project management.
- Strong cross-functions communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can work under multi-tasks and high pressure.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese.
- With solid experience in PR/production agencies focusing on event management is preferred. Or from international luxury brand in Event team.
