The BUSINESS HR EUROPE SPECIALIST will play a vital role in providing HR support and driving people-related initiatives across multiple countries in the Region. Reporting to the HR DIRECTOR EUROPE, you will collaborate closely with business leaders both from Retail and Head Office, and HR colleagues to ensure effective HR strategies and practices are implemented.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the execution of HR strategies and initiatives across the region Europe, ensuring alignment with business priorities while fostering a distinctive and engaging employee experience;
- Act as a trusted partner to HR COEs and business stakeholders, supporting the delivery of key HR programs (talent acquisition, learning & development, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, Payroll) with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and brand culture;
- Address the local deployment and adaptation of global HR policies, ensuring full compliance with local regulations while preserving the integrity and values of the Maison;
- Support in the monitoring of recruitment processes for head office roles across Europe, ensuring a seamless and elevated candidate experience aligned with the brand’s standards and expectations;
- Leverage HR data and insights to identify trends and opportunities, translating them into actionable recommendations that support informed, forward-looking decision-making;
- Coordinate and support the delivery of learning and development initiatives, contributing to the continuous growth, empowerment, and engagement of our people;
- Oversee key employee lifecycle moments (onboarding, internal mobility, offboarding), ensuring a consistent, high-quality, and people-centric experience at every stage;
- Continuously monitor HR best practices and evolving employment legislation, proactively contributing to the evolution of HR processes in line with both compliance requirements and the Maison’s standards of excellence.
- 1–3 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably within an international environment.
- Basic knowledge of key HR processes; exposure to multi-country environments is a plus.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Good analytical skills, with the ability to interpret HR data and support data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with HR systems is an advantage
- Fluent Italian and English required; knowledge of an additional European language is considered a plus.
