As a Store Operations Associate, you will report to the Store Manager, playing a crucial role in maintaining the store’s operational excellence. You will oversee inventory management and stock accuracy, ensuring seamless coordination of deliveries and stock processes. Embedded in CELINE’s environment, your role will support the Maison’s commitment to exceptional service and operational precision, contributing to a harmonious and efficient store operation.

 

YOUR IMPACT

 

Business Development

• Leverage a keen commercial mindset to optimize stock levels, supporting the store’s objectives and enhancing the overall efficiency of inventory management. Your role will directly contribute to achieving the store’s sales goals through effective stock control.
• Cultivate an in-depth knowledge of CELINE’s products to ensure accurate stock handling and seamless integration of new arrivals. Your expertise will support the store’s luxury positioning by maintaining impeccable product quality and presentation.

 

Team Spirit

• Foster a collaborative and positive atmosphere within the team. Your role will involve actively supporting and engaging with colleagues, ensuring that team dynamics align with CELINE’s values of excellence and sophistication.

 

Client Development

• Enhance the client experience through meticulous stock management. Ensure that all inventory processes support the delivery of exceptional service, reflecting CELINE’s commitment to creating memorable and personalized client interactions.

 

Operations Excellence

• Oversee all facets of stock management, including inventory accuracy, stock movements, and delivery processes. Ensure that stock levels are meticulously maintained to support the store’s operational needs and reflect CELINE’s high standards of precision and luxury.
• Manage administrative tasks and stock-related processes with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency. Work closely with your manager to implement and refine procedures, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and enhancing overall operational effectiveness.
• Adhere to CELINE’s policies and regulatory requirements in all aspects of stock management. Collaborate with your manager to ensure that all stock activities are compliant, supporting a well-organized and legally sound back-of-house environment.

• Uphold CELINE’s prestigious image through impeccable stock management and presentation. Your attention to detail will ensure that all aspects of inventory handling contribute to the store’s luxurious ambiance and brand integrity.

• +2 years of experience in stock management within luxury/fashion business

• Meticulous attention to detail in stock management and compliance, demonstrating a strong commitment to accuracy and quality in all aspects of the role.
