YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

As Department Manager, and part of the Retail Team, you will participate in supporting Store Manager on the store daily operation, and you will be in charge of partnering with Store Manager to monitor the sales results.

This experience will enable you to in charge of the day-to-day store operations.

You will have the opportunity to learn business management, brand promotion and people development.

Your impact

Store Management

- Support Store Manager to manage the daily operations of the store and ensure the brand image is maintained

- Assist Store Manager in driving sales initiatives for sales team to achieve sales objectives, and achieve individual sales target

- Establish and maintain the highest standard of store environment

- Ensure sales team working in accordance with company policies and procedures

- Lead and monitor safety, health and security rules in store

Staff Management

- Provide on-the-job training to new join staff

- Communicate / enforce HR policies to store level

- Coach sales staff to meet and exceed the required performance standard

- Reflect the staff problem to management and handle staff’s grievance

Daily Operations

- Provide excellent level of customer service to the customers

- Provide solutions to customers and to maximize sales by cross-selling and up-selling

- Make follow-up calls to existing and potential customers on store event

- Prepare variety reports such as merchandising flow, traffic flow and daily sales etc.

- Assist Store Manager to conduct daily briefing on information from office and sales performance review

- Assist sales staff to resolve ad-hoc operations issues

- Manage and ensure the visual merchandising guidelines are followed

- Manage and lead a smooth stock taking and stock replenishing

- Manage and lead a smooth merchandising distribution

- Ensure good control of petty cash utilization and liaise with Accounts Department for store expenses

Education:

- College degree and above

Experience:

- Minimum 5 years' experience in fashion luxury retail industry with at least 2 years team management experience

Competencies:

- Energetic, enthusiastic and team oriented

- Customer oriented

- Tactful in handling customers and external parties

- Good fashion sense

- Excellent quality of service

- Self sufficient/ self starter

- Results driven

Languages: Fluent in Mandarin with proficiency of other languages will be an advantage
