As Carpenter at Cheval Blanc Randheli, you contribute to preserving the beauty, functionality, and craftsmanship of the Maison. Working closely with the Engineering team, you ensure that villas, public areas, Heart of the House facilities, and guest spaces remain in impeccable condition. Through skilled craftsmanship and attention to detail, you maintain, repair, and enhance wooden structures, furniture, fittings, and decorative elements across the property. You anticipate maintenance needs, contribute to preventive maintenance programmes, and support projects that elevate the guest experience. Your expertise helps ensure that every detail of the Maison reflects the standards of excellence and refinement for which Cheval Blanc is renowned.

Profil

A personality, a profile, an expertise… Experience Professional experience as a Carpenter within hospitality, construction, or luxury property environments Experience in furniture repair, joinery, and finishing works Exposure to preventive maintenance and property upkeep operations Hard skills Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, woodworking tools, and materials Ability to read technical drawings and execute repair or fabrication works accurately Understanding of workplace safety standards and maintenance procedures Soft skills – Detail oriented with pride in craftsmanship – Reliable, organised, and proactive in approach – Collaborative and responsive within a team environment – Adaptable and solution oriented when handling maintenance challenges
