Les missions

At White Restaurant and White Bar, where relaxed elegance meets thoughtful cuisine throughout the day, this role invites a Chef de Cuisine to orchestrate an international culinary experience shaped by creativity, precision, and generosity. From breakfast to dinner, you guide a diverse culinary offering inspired by global flavours and refined techniques, ensuring consistency and excellence in every moment of service. In close collaboration with the culinary brigade, you animate the kitchen with discipline, innovation, and attention to detail, while cultivating a culture of craftsmanship and teamwork. You contribute to the evolution of menus, the development of talents, and the seamless rhythm of operations in alignment with the spirit of the Maison. Through leadership, passion, and mastery of the culinary arts, you help create memorable dining experiences overlooking the endless Maldivian horizon.

Profil

Experience Professional culinary qualification, apprenticeship, or degree in Culinary Arts or Catering Proven experience within fine dining or luxury hospitality environments, including experience in a similar leadership role Exposure to Michelin starred establishments or internationally recognized culinary operations Hard skills Strong mastery of international cuisines, culinary techniques, and kitchen organisation Advanced knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and professional kitchen standards Ability to lead kitchen operations, menu development, and team performance with precision Soft skills – Inspiring leader with strong team building and motivational skills – Dynamic, composed, and attentive during service operations – Rigorous, organised, and open minded in approach – Passionate about culinary craftsmanship and continuous excellence
