As Majordome at Cheval Blanc Randheli, you become the privileged point of contact for our guests, curating each stay with elegance, discretion, and genuine care. From arrival to departure, you accompany guests through a highly personalised journey where every preference, detail, and moment is thoughtfully anticipated. In close collaboration with all departments of the Maison, you orchestrate seamless experiences within the villas and across the resort, ensuring the highest standards of Art de Recevoir are reflected at all times. Your fluency in Mandarin allows you to create meaningful connections and deliver a refined experience tailored to Mandarin speaking guests. Through intuition, presence, and attention to detail, you transform each stay into a memorable and deeply personal experience.Profil
Experience Previous experience in luxury hospitality, villa hosting, butler service, or guest relations Exposure to personalised guest service within ultra luxury environments Experience working with international and high profile guests Hard skills Fluent in Mandarin and English, spoken and written Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and personalised service Ability to coordinate guest experiences and communicate seamlessly across departments Soft skills – Elegant, discreet, and naturally service oriented – Attentive with a strong sense of anticipation – Calm and composed in dynamic situations – Charismatic with excellent interpersonal and communication skillsInformations complémentaires
