Description

Hotel Pitrizza is looking for its next Reservations Agent to join the prestigious Reservations team. This role will report directly to the Reservations Manager. The selected candidate will be a key figure in ensuring the excellence of service offered to guests from the moment of booking, throughout their stay, and until departure. They will be responsible for supporting the reservations process, resolving critical issues, and maintaining the high LQA quality standards that distinguish Hotel Pitrizza, guaranteeing an impeccable and memorable experience for every guest.

Les missions

  • Plan all daily reservation activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
  • Guide guests through the booking process, promoting a positive experience.
  • Ensure maximum guest satisfaction, anticipating their needs for a personalized experience.
  • Verify constant adherence to high LQA service standards and Hotel Pitrizza's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure effective and timely communication flow with all hotel departments to ensure perfect synchronicity in the services offered.
  • Keep hotel management systems (PMS) updated and prepare reports and analyses on Front Office performance.
  • Ensure the security of guest and Maison information, respecting money and payment management procedures.

Profil

At least 2-3 years of significant experience in a similar role within the Front Office or Back Office of luxury hotels. Excellent planning, time management, and multitasking skills in a dynamic environment. Excellent eloquence and ability to interact with guests and colleagues of different nationalities and cultures. Fluent in Italian and English. Knowledge of a third language (e.g., French) is a strong advantage.
