Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Leather Goods, Product Development, or related field Previous internship or experience in leather goods, luxury, or fashion industry preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Attention to detail and quality-driven mindset Good knowledge of leather materials and production processes is a plus Strong Photoshop skills Fluent in English  Strong communication and teamwork skills
