Senior Sales Associate Role Riyadh KSA (SAUDI NATIONALS ONLY)

Description

The Senior Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an outstanding customer service to all customers and using appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to reach the sales targets. In addition, the Senior Sales Executive is responsible for stock replenishment, promotion of products and new launches, and cash handling.

Les missions

• Achieve monthly and annually by using advanced sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
• Responsible on building and maintaining relationships with customers in order to build strong loyalty, through regular use of client book.
• Focus on selling and up selling.
• Communicate with customers to assess and satisfy their needs and meet or exceed their expectations.
• Maintain high standards of Visual Merchandising housekeeping in term of cleanness, display maintenance and stock rotation and participate in inventories.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
• Participate in store meetings and training seminars

Profil

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Business Administration. Minimum 3 years of working experience in retail industry; luxury industry is preferable. Saudi Nationals only Pleasant and great grooming. Strong communication skills. Passionate with fashion and luxury retail industry. Outstanding customer service. Manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment. Physical ability to stand for extended periods. Flexibility with work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.
