Job description
The selected candidate will be part of the Retail Department and will report directly to the Store Manager.
The role is responsible for driving business performance, supporting team development, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering the highest standards of customer service and brand representation within the boutique.
Key responsibilities
• Support the achievement of individual and boutique sales targets, contributing to overall business performance and commercial objectives.
• Deliver an exceptional and personalized customer experience, consistently embodying the brand’s values and service standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients, fostering customer loyalty and long-term engagement.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, promoting excellence in client service, sales performance and brand representation.
• Support onboarding, coaching and continuous training activities, contributing to the development and motivation of the team.
• Monitor sales performance and key business indicators, supporting the implementation of action plans to optimize results.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure smooth daily operations and alignment with company standards.
• Support CRM initiatives and clienteling activities aimed at strengthening customer relationships and retention.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to ensure the boutique presentation is always aligned with brand standards and commercial objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and operational guidelines.
Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience in retail environments, with previous supervisory or managerial responsibilities, preferably within luxury or premium brands.
• Strong passion for luxury fashion and excellence in customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with an international clientele.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, develop and support team members.
• Knowledge of luxury retail sales processes, clienteling techniques and CRM tools.
• Understanding of visual merchandising standards and in-store excellence.
• Experience with stock management and coordination of operational activities.
• Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages will be considered a plus.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret sales performance and key business indicators.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong commercial attitude and focus on results.
• Punctuality, accuracy and operational autonomy.
• Team-oriented attitude and openness to collaboration.

Indicative salary range: starting from a Gross Annual Salary of €38,000 + MBO
