Dolce&Gabbana offers an exceptional career opportunity as Stock Manager based in Serravalle Scrivia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring stockroom excellence and supporting store operations to maximize productivity and service standards.

 

Job description

The selected candidate will report directly to the Store Director and will be responsible for overseeing all stockroom activities, ensuring efficient stock flow and supporting the sales team in delivering an excellent client experience.

 

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of reference for all inbound and outbound merchandise, ensuring proper organization of stockroom and back-of-house areas
• Support store productivity by maintaining an efficient and well-organized stockroom, in line with company procedures
• Supervise stock flow between storage and selling floor, ensuring timely and accurate replenishment
• Monitor stock levels, manage inventory activities and support loss prevention measures
• Oversee and validate all receipts, deliveries and outgoing shipments
• Collaborate with Store Management to support the sales team, reducing client waiting times and ensuring product availability
• Manage and develop Stock Staff, providing coaching, feedback and training on systems and procedures
• Participate in daily store meetings to share updates, business trends and motivate the team
• Ensure accuracy in stock handling, stock movements and reporting activities
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures and loss prevention standards
• Provide support on cash operations if required

 

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in stockroom management within luxury retail
• Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive approach
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities

Contract type: Permanent contract

Working hours: Full-time

Applicable Collective Agreement (CCNL): Tessile Abbigliamento Industria

Indicative salary: starting from €30.000
