This leader partners cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and external vendors./ppstrongMAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/strong/pollistrongMaintenance amp; Reliability Strategy/strong/li/olulliDevelop and deploy a North America-wide maintenance strategy aligned with operational and business goals./liliLead uptime optimization initiatives for critical material handling systems (conveyors, sorters, robotics0/li/ulol start=2listrongFacilities Management/strong/li/olulliOversee facility infrastructure including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, cleaning, janitorial and building systems./liliManage vendor contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs) for facilities services./li/ulol start=3listrongAutomation amp; Technology Leadership/strong/li/olulliEnsure reliability and performance of warehouse automation systems and control systems /liliPartner with Engineering and IT to deploy new automation technologies and upgrades./liliDrive adoption of digital tools such as CMMS, IoT monitoring, predictive analytics, and AI-based maintenance systems./liliLead capital planning, budgeting, and execution for maintenance, spare parts management, facility upgrades, and automation projects./liliApply Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to drive continuous improvement./liliBuild and lead a high-performing regional maintenance organization (regional managers, site leaders, technicians)./liliDefine and track key KPIs: equipment uptime, MTBF, MTTR, maintenance cost per unit, schedule compliance./liliDrive performance reviews and corrective action plans for underperforming sites./li/ulpstrongBASIC QUALIFICATIONS/strong/pulliBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) /lili10+ years of experience and leadership in maintenance, facilities, manufacturing, or logistics environments./liliStrong experience with automated material handling systems /liliWillingness to travel across North America (~10–25%)/li/ulpstrongPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/strong/pulliMaster’s degree (MBA or Engineering) /liliCertification in Lean Six Sigma /liliExperience leading large-scale capital projects ($5M+)./liliFamiliarity with WMS/WCS systems and integration./li/ulpThis posting is for an existing vacancy within our business.
