This role is responsible for process improvement efforts for employed doctor onboarding, to include credentialing and new technology set up. This role requires the ability to understand business processes at a strategic level while still being able to problem solve and execute in great detail./pp /ppstrongMAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/strong/pulliLead decision-making related to employed doctor (OD) scheduling, related technology, doctor onboarding process improvement and process documentation/liliOwn the accuracy and effectivenes of employed doctor scheduling including hours forecast, predictability, and timely resolution of open schedules/liliIdentify and manage remote and in-person doctor synergies across all locations, utilizing forecasts and analytics to provide appropriate coverage for each store/liliIdentify, measure, and revise labor standards to identify sales growth opportunities/liliManage prioritization process with all brand leaders and Regional Eye Care Directors to ensure accuracy of store needs and critical location alignment/liliCreate trusting relationships with leadership team, internal and external stakeholders as well as ODs, Managing Doctors (MODs), and Regional Eye Care Directors/liliAnalyze results/issues, identify trends/variances, determine root-cause and quantify potential impacts to overall plans/liliOversee and create OD work schedules and PTO records for assigned markets/liliRespond quickly to unplanned situations that result in open schedule gaps; being available evenings, weekends and holidays (when stores are open), if necessary/liliDevelop methodology and functionality to automate and streamline Kronos Scheduling while identifying opportunities for process improvement/liliProvide support for special projects as assigned/liliPerform ad hoc operational analyses/li/ulp /ppstrongBASIC QUALIFICATIONS/strong/pulliBachelor’s Degree in business or related field/lili5+ years’ experience in business analysis or workforce planning environment/liliStrong self-starter able to manage multiple competing priorities/liliStrong communication skills and customer-service focus/liliStrong organizational/time management skills/liliStrong relationship building skills/liliProject management experience/liliProficient in Microsoft Office programs/liliAnalytical experience in making operational recommendations or return on investment analysis/liliCritical thinking ability to assimilate disparate information, construct hypotheses and formulate recommendations/liliDemonstrated problem solving abilities/liliAvailable nights and weekends, as needed/liliRotate on-call schedule/li/ulp /ppstrongPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/strong/pulliKronos Scheduling experience/liliVendor management experience/li/ulpThis posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
