This is a unique opportunity to influence the growth of integrated hearing care within a leading health and consumer business./span/pp /ppspan style=You will be accountable for driving business growth, elevating clinical excellence, strengthening stakeholder partnerships, building workforce capability, and ensuring robust operational compliance. You will also play a key role in integrating hearing care into the broader vision and customer health journey across Australia and New Zealand./span/pp /ppThis role works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to expand and strengthen the Audiology offering, ensuring delivery of high-quality, patient-centered hearing care aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements./pp /ppspan style=strongKey Responsibilities/strong/span/pulli style=span style=Lead the strategic, operational and clinical direction of Audiology Services across Australia and New Zealand/span/lili style=span style=Drive business growth through network expansion, service development, and customer experience improvement/span/lili style=span style=Build and manage key stakeholder relationships including clinicians, retail teams, industry bodies, insurers and external partners/span/lili style=span style=Oversee clinical governance, compliance, and service quality standards across all Audiology locations/span/lili style=span style=Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and capability development of Audiologists and Audiometrists/span/lili style=span style=Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, systems performance, and patient outcomes/span/lili style=span style=Integrate hearing care into the broader customer health journey, supporting alignment with vision and broader business strategy/span/li/ulp /ppspan style=strongAbout You /strong/span/pulliMaster’s degree in Clinical Audiology/liliCurrent QP number and full membership with Audiology Australia/liliProven leadership experience within Audiology, with the ability to inspire, develop, and lead high-performing teams/liliStrong understanding of Hearing Services Program (HSP) requirements, clinical governance, and industry compliance standards/liliExceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across clinical, commercial, and external partner networksbrbrbr/li/ulpspan style=strongWorking at EssilorLuxottica/strong/span/ppspan style=A career with EssilorLuxottica will offer you rewarding experiences and the opportunity to develop your skills every day.
