This role acts as a key link between the business and HR, ensuring process efficiency, delivery quality, and alignment with the organization’s culture and values./divdiv /divdiv /divdivstrongKey Responsibilities:/strong/divdiv /divdivulliCoordinate the Talent Acquisition team and support high-volume operational hiring, managing external consultancies and partners, ensuring SLA adherence, quality, and cultural alignment in large-scale recruitment processes. Monitor performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives./liliLead end-to-end recruitment processes for complex and strategic roles, ensuring hiring accuracy and an excellent candidate experience.
