Your role 

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Production Operations Intern to join our dynamic and creative content production team. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys being the organizational backbone of a fast-paced environment, while gaining valuable exposure to the creative processes behind high-impact advertising campaigns. You’ll be responsible for managing the full vendor payment process for the Production team, ensuring accuracy and compliance using the SAP system. Beyond that, you'll get hands-on experience in data analysis, dashboard creation, and workflow optimization—working closely with Producers and cross-functional teams like Finance, Procurement, and Brand. Both the areas (anlysis and payments) are possible through a direct, constant and proactive relationship with Producers that have full ownership of budget managements

Main responsibilities:

• Create Por requests on SAP for all Brands, follow the PO creation process, make sure vendors are paid
• Maintain a solid relationship with Finance, Procurement and GBS team – having the full control of costs allow the team to reactively answer to questions and support need, but also to anticipate criticities
• Work on Clickup (Company project management tool) on data collecting, analysis and dashboarding
• Follow Producers in the Clickup process: datas to be included, missing infos, check coherence of datas
• Highlight criticities in the process, combined with possible solution

Main requirements:

• Master’s degree level studies
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package, especially Excel
• High precision
• Proactivity
• Flexibility
• Good relational approach - to communicate to several stakeholders from multiple departments
• Data driven approach and analytical mind

• 950 Eur Gross per month
