Your role 

We are looking for an Offices & Showroom Senior Designer who will contribute to the design, development and implementation of office and showroom projects worldwide.

Reporting to the Offices & Showroom Design Lead, he role will oversee projects from concept development to final delivery, ensuring alignment with corporate design guidelines while introducing innovative solutions that enhance brand identity, functionality and user experience. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, you will help create high-quality environments that reflect the company’s vision and values across global locations.

Beyond technical expertise, this role requires a strong creative vision and a genuine passion for architecture, fashion and design. A deep understanding of design history, emerging trends, materials and cultural movements will be key to developing inspiring, future-oriented and brand-consistent spaces.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead the design and execution of office and showroom projects worldwide, from concept development to final delivery.
• Coordinate all phases of the project lifecycle, including feasibility studies, design development, procurement, construction and handover.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality and compliance standards.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, ensure quality control and address project challenges.
• Ensure all projects comply with corporate design standards and branding guidelines while adapting solutions to local requirements without compromising brand integrity.
• Introduce innovative design concepts, materials and technologies to enhance aesthetics, sustainability and user experience.
• Monitor global trends in architecture, workplace design and innovation to identify and implement best practices.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage external partners, consultants and contractors to ensure effective project execution.
• Promote sustainable design and construction practices, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.
• Prepare and present design concepts, project updates and final reports, maintaining accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Main requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
• Proven experience managing international office and/or showroom design projects within a complex, multinational environment.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Solid knowledge of interior design and workplace design principles.
• Proficiency in design and project management software, including AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office; knowledge of Revit is a plus.
• Strong creative vision and passion for architecture, fashion and design.
• Deep understanding of design history, emerging trends, materials and cultural influences.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work across different cultures and functions.
• Strong problem-solving skills, result orientation and ability to work in a matrix organization.
• Fluent English and Italian; French is a plus.
