This role is responsible for ensuring stable day-to-day system support, driving application enhancements, and enabling future ERP and automation initiatives. /ppThe Sr. Manager partners closely with business leaders to translate operational needs into high-quality system solutions and serves as the functional subject matter expert (SME) for SAP systems supporting logistics distribution, warehouse operations, and planning. This role leads requirements gathering, functional design, testing, and deployment activities while driving continuous improvement through structured analysis and process optimization. /pp strongMAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/strong/pulliLead the North America support team through ticket management and issue resolution, ensuring business continuity. /liliDevelop deep knowledge of logistics, warehouse, and planning business processes, translating business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements. /liliEffectively communicate and advocate for recommended solutions, fostering alignment and buy-in across both business and technical stakeholders. /liliDirect end-to-end business requirements activities, including analysis, documentation, validation, and communication of requirements. /liliServe as the SAP functional SME for distribution and warehouse operations, acting as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams. /liliLead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment activities, ensuring solutions meet business expectations and risks are identified and mitigated. /liliProduce and maintain high-quality documentation including functional specifications, change requests, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides. /liliFacilitate cross-functional collaboration, track milestones and deliverables, and proactively resolve issues impacting delivery. /liliContribute to project estimation, planning, and implementation schedules. /liliFacilitate cross-functional collaboration, track milestones and deliverables, and proactively resolve issues impacting delivery. /li/ulpstrongBASIC QUALIFICATIONS/strong/pulliBA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. /lili2+ years of team management /lili7+ years Information Systems/Business experience. /liliExperience with ERP systems, Microsoft BC, SAP ERP and WMS (SAP DWM preferred) /liliStrong Analytical skills (SQL, DB management) /liliCritical thinking to identify opportunities with existing and new business processes. /liliAbility to quickly learn new technologies and processes. /liliStrong voice of reason and knows challenge the status quo. /liliExperience with collecting requirements and implementation details. /liliExperience writing business requirements, functional specifications, wireframes, visual designs, and testing. /liliClear and practical understanding and experience integrating technical services /li/ulpstrongPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/strong/pulliExperience with databases, ability to create, execute, and understand SQL queries to assist in data research. /liliExperience developing AI tools /liliExperience with RPA and task automation tools (ex.
