Additionally, the Store Manager will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and developing their team. /pp /ppstrongMAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/strong/pulliOversees all sales and operational activities of the store to ensure weekly and monthly sales objectives are met./liliRecruits, onboards, and develops qualified talent, preferably with experience in a luxury retail environment./liliCoaches associates by providing clear, motivating and constructive performance feedback in a timely manner./liliAccurately staffs the store to consistently delivers an exceptional customer service experience./liliProvides recognition to associates for positive performance./liliMeets brand standards of presentation and operations./liliContinuously monitors the business by analyzing KPIs and implementing action plans accordingly. /liliResponsible for maintaining accurate product inventory./liliDrives participation in assigned monthly training courses./liliEffectively manage all employee relation concerns, including time and attendance, unsatisfactory performance, and asset protection./liliExpertly guides customers in selecting frames and lenses that are best suited for their lifestyle, wardrobe and/or prescription./liliAbility to move boxes weighing up to 20 pounds around the store for various needs./liliMust be able to remain in a stationary position for duration of shift./liliAdditional responsibilities as needed./li/ulpstrongBASIC QUALIFICATIONS/strong/pulliHigh School Diploma or equivalent/liliRetail management experience, preferably within a luxury selling environment./liliStrong oral and written communication skills/liliFinancial acumen/liliStrong interpersonal skills/liliFlexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends./li/ulpstrong /strong/ppPay Range: 34.42 - 59.57 /ppThis posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
