Provides support to internal/external customers through effective day-to-day management of the team. Utilize knowledge and experience to exercise discretion and judgment to meet deadlines and resolve complex issues./ppstrongMAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/strong/pulliSupervise employees day-to-day activities, ensuring each employee receives proper training/liliCoordinate daily activities to ensure KPIs are met/liliResponsible for monitoring, coaching, and reporting on staff productivity and accuracy./liliEstablish and maintain managerial practices that drive a high level of motivation of associates in accordance with company policies, procedures, and department standards/liliCoordinate communication to staff regarding new procedures, system enhancements, and process changes./liliCommunicate goals and expectations to employees.
