HRIS Project Manager - Fashion Group Division (M/F) - Fixed-Term Contract for Maternity Leave Replacement

Higher education degree (Bac+5) in IT, project management, Human Resources or equivalent. Minimum of 10 years of significant experience in HRIS project management, ideally in an international environment or a large group. Excellent knowledge of HR processes and HRIS tools, especially SAP SuccessFactors. Proficiency in Power BI and a strong interest in data and reporting. Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, work cross-functionally, and unite multi-functional teams. First experience in management or supporting collaborators. Strong communication skills. Analytical and synthesis skills, rigor, and results-orientation. Ability to evolve in a demanding and constantly changing environment. Fluent French and English (oral and written) are essential.
