HR Transformation & HRIS Specialist

Strong knowledge of core HR processes and Knowledge of project management methodologies. 3-5 years of experience as HR Transformation/HRIS specialist or in similar roles. Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects. Fluency in English is required, Italian knowledge will be considered a plus. International background would be considered a plus. Experience with HR software such as SuccessFactors is a plus   SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: Excellent systems integration and data analysis focus and knowledge. Proactive and dynamic, with an entrepreneurial style. Strong organizational and project management skills, to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Professional approach, with the ability to adapt style to different stakeholders and cultural sensitivities. Strategic thinking and collaborative approach, along with desire to stay up to date on latest trends and innovation in this field.
