PROFILE You have: Bachelor’s Degree required Required/Preferred Languages: English 3–5+ years of experience in content creation, with a strong focus on social or digital content Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects and Premiere are a plus) Strong portfolio showcasing social-first work Deep understanding of photography, videography, and content creation Deep understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy Ability to explore multiple creative directions within established guidelines Solid understanding of platform formats, trends, and best practices Strong attention to detail and consistency Excellent time management and organizational skills Clear communication and collaborative mindset Nice to Have: Motion design or video editing experience (Adobe After Effects or Premiere) Familiarity with Figma, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools Experience working with fast-paced social or content teams Experience within beauty or fashion industry
