Givenchy Italy is a subsidiary of Givenchy SA based in Paris, part of LVMH group.

As HR Manager Italy you will oversee all the activities related to HR for Italian employees.

The HR Manager will report to the Accessories Operations Director Italy and functionally also to HR Department based in HQ, Paris.

Potentially start date: July or September 2026

Les missions

Key Responsibilities:

Administration & Payroll

  • Manage and Supervise all HR documentation (offer letter – contracts) related to the employee lifecycle ensuring compliance with Italian labour law and internal policies, in collaborations with external labor consultant and lawyer.
  • Handle all HR administrative and back-office activities (LVMH System, Presence Attendance system etc) ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Be the main point of contact for employee’s requests.
  • Manage the paysheet, insurance, welfare program with external labor consultant.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of LVMH processes, including performance review, talent review and compensation in collaboration with Compensation & Benefit in Paris.
  • Ensures HC / salary mass monitoring in line with HQ requirement and follows up budget controlling for Italy in liaising with Finance and C&B.;

. Recruiting & Talent Development

  • Acting as Business Partner for managers to support day-to-day HR topics and people management.
  • Manage recruitment activities, fostering Group mobility as a prior source of talent 
  • Manage internal induction for new hires, ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
  • Manage Talent Development activities in accord to HQ and LVMH initiatives
  • Is the ambassador of Career Compass LVMH for Givenchy in Italy, focusing on people development and anticipating succession planning.

Legal and Disciplinary

  • Be the main point of contact for legal topic and policies implementation or review.
  • In collaboration with external lawyer, manage all the disciplinary cases, preparing documents and letters.
  • Laise with 231 Organismo di Vigilanza for all the procedures.

Trainings & Employer Branding

  • Support LVMH activities for HR projects and initiatives (e.g. Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Development, Work-life balance, Employer branding etc), liaising with HQ in Paris.
  • Manage local training and development initiatives, with the support of external provider and external training funds where applicable.
  • Share Givenchy HQ activities to implement at local level.

Health and Safety

  • Manage RSPP and doctor collaboration for recurrent mandatory for law activities: yearly meeting for safety, yearly fire evacuation test, analysis work-related stress
  • Approve Purchase Order and validate some expenses respecting the budget

Profil

Profile: At least 7/8 years of experience in HR in a Business Partner role in multi-site and dynamic environments. Experience in operational HR in an industrial/ production environment. Knowledge of the local industrial ecosystem / competitors Solid experience in handling all main HR, including disciplinary processes, administrative and organizational changes. Knowledge of performance management, compensation cycles and talent processes. Good knowledge of Italian labour law and HR practices. Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Humanities or related fields – A Master’s degree in Human Resources is a plus. Act in fast and agile context. Coaching/ Developmental skills is a plus Analytical skills/ at ease with numbers Fluent in English  Very Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Good Knowledge of HR system is a plus
