Regional Retail Director, North America

Work Requirements: • Able to travel domestically 35% of the time and sometimes at short notice. • Open to travel internationally for periods up to 1 week at a time approximately 4 times per year. • Able to engage in an internationally connected environment – Ad-hoc availability during business hours while in the US. Profile: • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required • 10+ years minimum of progressively responsible luxury retail management experience with P&L; responsibility • Multi-store experience with a record of achieved sales goals. • Track record as a sales leader with ability to build and motivate sales teams with a clear set of challenging objectives • Analytical and strategy building skills • Written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills
