The Beauty Consultant is part of Sales team, reporting to Sales & Trade Marketing Manager, activate in the top multi-brand stores assigned.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Selling Guerlain products and providing a high standard of service to customers throughout the whole sale:
• Initiating contact with customers and welcoming them both on point of sale and through traffic-stopping
• Identifying, understanding and reformulating the customers’ needs
• Proposing and demonstrating personalized product offers, on fragrance, make-up and skincare
• Proposing additional products within category and bringing the customers from one product category to another
• Developing personal and durable relationships with customers, through sampling, bookings for make-overs, etc
• Achieving retail sales targets on a monthly basis
• Educating customers on Guerlain products and on the Guerlain brand
• Guarantee respect of Guerlain merchandising guidelines and optimizing Guerlain visual exposure on the POS
• Monitoring stock levels and managing issues to ensure there is sufficient stock
• Training and coaching the retailer’s multi-brands salespeople on Guerlain products, sales techniques and brand
• Ensuring the efficient roll-out of Guerlain promotional events that are organized in store
• Steering and analyzing Guerlain turnover and market share on allocated area
• Reporting key messages from field and suggestions for improvement to Guerlain representatives
• Respecting corporate & store rules (attendance, punctuality…) and Guerlain grooming guideline
• Realization of given sales budget assumptions on the 100% level
• Guerlain attitude and customer service on the highest level
• Compliance personal cost limits
• Being engaged during the shift to reach the perfection on display quality and cleaning for the 3 axis
• Checking the stock issues in order to have no references in shortage (KPI 100 % availability)
