Client Relations Agent (Fluent in Dutch, French and English)

What will your mission be? As a Client Relations Agent, you will act as a representative of Hermès, dedicating yourself entirely to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. You will be responsible for the Benelux-Nordics countries. Our friendly working environment fosters a collegial management style based on collaboration, team spirit and mutual support. What will your daily life be like? In a multilingual and multitasking environment, you will be the main point of contact for end customers who wish to get in touch with our stores via email, telephone or other digital channels.
