HR Admin Internship

GENERAL ROLE The HR Admin Intern will gain some valuable HR experience while contributing and supporting the activities and tasks of the HR team. The Intern will rapidly gain an understanding of a fashion and luxury retail industry and the day-to-day organization of an HR department, focusing on the area of HR administration and recruiting.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
• Supporting personnel administration activities, contributing to the accurate and compliant management of employee documentation
• Assisting in the maintenance and updating of HR master data, personnel files and internal databases, including headcount monitoring and organizational updates (e.g. extensions, transfers)
• Supporting payroll-related and administrative processes, such as contract preparation, internship activations, COB management and coordination with external providers
