Regional Sales & Education Manager (South & Ireland)

POSITION REQUIREMENTS Proven experience at Regional / Area Manager level within sales, education, artistry or events (essential). Background in premium beauty, luxury retail or comparable high-touch service environments (preferred). Demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional field teams and deliver commercial results. Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of retail KPIs and event ROI. Exceptional communication, coaching and influencing skills. Self-motivated, results-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
