The salary range for this position is $127,100 - $158,900 per year. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and San Francisco location. This is a hybrid role based in our downtown San Francisco office – Tues through Thursday in-office, with Monday and Friday remote.

SUMMARY
The Senior Manager NA Merchandise Planning for Fenty leads a high-performing team of managers and planners, driving development, process improvement, and innovation to build a best-in-class planning function. With responsibility for multiple wholesale channels and direct leadership of multiple managers and planners, this role plays a critical part in driving the Fenty Beauty North America wholesale business. The Senior Manager consolidates insights across channels, escalates risks and opportunities to senior leadership, and leads Gross-to-Net operations and consolidation for the merchandise planning function. Success requires the ability to dive deep into SKU- and channel-level detail while elevating insights to inform the broader business strategy—ensuring both operational excellence and long-term growth.

Leadership & Team Development
- Manage and grow a team of managers and planners, setting clear priorities and creating space for career growth.
- Build a collaborative and accountable team culture where people are empowered to do their best work.
- Clear roadblocks so the team can focus on impact. Simplify processes and drive efficiencies that boost productivity.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and mentorship to elevate both individuals and the overall function.
Business Insights & Strategic Alignment
- Roll up insights across all North America wholesale channels and share them with cross-functional partners and senior leadership.
- Lead Gross-to-Net operations and consolidation — including forecasting for discounts, returns (RTV), and promotions — as part of the overall wholesale forecast.
- Translate SKU- and channel-level detail into clear business insights that shape strategy and decision-making.
- Partner directly with retailer planning to influence assortment decisions, buys, and inventory flow to maximize in-stock performance and sell-through.
Forecasting & Planning
- Own forecasts, budgets, and OTB across multiple channels.
- Lead monthly forecast reviews, escalating risks and opportunities to key functional partners (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sales, and Finance).
- Partner with Sales and Finance on promo, markdown, RTV, and inventory forecasts to ensure accuracy and profitability.
Process & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Brand, and Finance to improve how planning connects across teams.
- Document planning processes so they are scalable, consistent, and repeatable.
- Push for smarter forecasting methods, better data quality, and stronger scenario modeling.
Analytics & Tools
- Use advanced Excel skills and enterprise planning tools (Anaplan strongly preferred) to surface insights and guide recommendations.
