As Client Development Executive, you will support the execution of LOEWE’s global CRM and client development strategy. Working closely with the Global CRM Manager, you will contribute to the successful deployment of clienteling initiatives, CRM campaigns and client engagement actions across markets, helping to strengthen client loyalty and drive business growth.
The position will sit within the CRM team, based at our Madrid Headquarters, and will report to the Global CRM Manager.
Les missions
Your role will be:
- Support the execution and deployment of global clienteling and CRM campaigns across markets.
- Coordinate campaign launches, including audience segmentation, content adaptation, copywriting, translations, quality assurance and performance tracking.
- Build and manage target audiences using client data, ensuring data quality and supporting the effectiveness of CRM initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and conduct analyses to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Support A/B testing initiatives and contribute to the optimization of client engagement activities.
- Prepare regular reporting on CRM and clienteling KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with regional teams to track performance, share best practices and support the implementation of action plans.
- Assist in the development of training materials, guidelines and tools to strengthen clienteling capabilities across markets.
- Support additional CRM, client development and client engagement projects as required.
Profil
What is important for the role: + 5 years of experience in CRM, Client Development, Clienteling, Customer Engagement or similar functions, preferably within luxury, fashion, retail or consumer-focused industries. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Experience working with CRM and reporting tools, ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Core and Power BI. Good understanding of customer segmentation, campaign measurement, customer journeys and CRM best practices. Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders in an international environment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage several projects simultaneously. Proactive, collaborative and solution-oriented mindset. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.Informations complémentaires
